The Support Ticket is available to all Client Users of TalentPeak™. Please do not use if you are not a current employee of a company using TalentPeak™. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours, please ensure your email is correct prior to submitting.

TalentPeak - 3 Support Options

TalentPeak - 3 Support Options, your choice!

 

OPTION 1 - login to TalentPeak™ and on your home page at the top right next to your role (Appraisor, Appraisee, Corp Admin), click on the searchable "Knowledge Base" hyperlink.

 

OPTION 2 - use LIVE CHAT if operator is available; if not please send an "off-line" chat message by clicking on the "Email Us" button which automatically generates a support ticket.


OPTION 3 - create a ticket with a description of the problem or issue you are facing; a question you need answered or request a webinar for support

Option 1: Visit the Knowledge Base
Login to TalentPeak™ and on your home page at the top right next to your role (Appraisor, Appraisee, Corp Admin), click on the searchable "Knowledge Base" hyperlink.

Option 2: Live Chat Support

Use LIVE CHAT if operator is available. If no operator is available, please send an "off-line" chat message by clicking on the "Email Us" button which automatically generates a support ticket.

 Option 3: Submit a Support Ticket
The email support ticket option is available to all TalentPeak™ users. Simply create a support job ticket with a description of the problem or issue you are facing or a question you need answered. An auto-response email will be sent to you with the ticket tracking code number to confirm we are in receipt of your request. Please expect an Email response from support within 24 hours, usually within 2 hours during regular business hours. (8 AM-8 PM EST, M-F)
