TalentPeak™ - 3 Support Options, your choice!
OPTION 1 - login to TalentPeak™ and on your home page at the top right next to your role (Appraisor, Appraisee, Corp Admin), click on the searchable "Knowledge Base" hyperlink.
OPTION 2 - use LIVE CHAT if operator is available; if not please send an "off-line" chat message by clicking on the "Email Us" button which automatically generates a support ticket.
OPTION 3 - create a ticket with a description of the problem or issue you are facing; a question you need answered or request a webinar for support
